Condition & Authenticity

Vintage Furniture, Honestly Presented

Iconic Seating specialises in carefully selected vintage, mid-century and designer seating. Our collection includes original vintage pieces and selected reproductions, which are clearly identified in their product descriptions.

Condition of Our Pieces

Vintage furniture naturally shows signs of age and previous use. These may include surface wear, patina, marks, fading, repairs or other imperfections that contribute to the character of each piece.

Every item is assessed individually, and its condition is described as accurately as possible. Any known significant damage, repairs or imperfections will be disclosed in the product listing.

Originality and Provenance

We aim to provide accurate information about each item's designer, manufacturer, period and origin wherever these details can be established.

Not every vintage piece has a confirmed designer or manufacturer. Where information cannot be verified, we will not present it as certain.

Reproductions are identified as such and are not represented as original designer pieces.

Photography and Product Descriptions

Our photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

We encourage customers to review the photographs, dimensions and condition details before purchasing. Additional information or photographs can be requested by contacting us before placing an order.
