1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items.
Items sold as clearance or marked “final sale”.

4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos.
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
