Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right to Cancel

If you purchase an item from Iconic Seating online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@iconicseating.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us of your cancellation.

2. Returning an Item

Please contact us before arranging a return so we can confirm the return arrangements for your item.

For cancellations due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return delivery costs. As our products may be large or bulky items of furniture, please contact us before arranging transport.

Items should be handled with reasonable care and returned safely packaged where possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected if the original packaging is unavailable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, we will issue your refund within the applicable legal timeframe.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.

We may make a deduction if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as permitted by law.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us at info@iconicseating.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory consumer rights apply. These rights are separate from our change-of-mind cancellation policy.

5. Vintage and Pre-Owned Furniture

Our collection includes original vintage and pre-owned furniture. Signs of age, wear, patina and other condition details will be described in each product listing where applicable.

Please review the product description and condition details carefully before purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
