1. About Iconic Seating

Iconic Seating offers a curated collection of vintage, mid-century and designer seating, including original vintage furniture and selected reproductions.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices and condition details are accurate.

Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of age and previous use, including patina, marks, wear or repairs. Any known significant imperfections will be described in the relevant product listing.

Where a designer, manufacturer, period or provenance cannot be verified, we will avoid presenting that information as confirmed.

Reproductions will be identified as such and will not be represented as original designer pieces.

Photographs are intended to represent each item accurately, although colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout. Orders are subject to payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer to agree an appropriate resolution.

4. Availability

Many of our vintage items are unique, individual pieces. Unless otherwise stated, only the quantity shown on the product listing is available.

An item is not reserved until the order has been accepted and payment confirmed.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund where necessary.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery availability and costs depend on the item and the delivery destination.

Customers must contact us before completing their purchase to confirm whether delivery is available to their postcode and to obtain a delivery quote.

Delivery arrangements and any agreed costs will be confirmed before the order is finalised.

Collection from Coventry is available by prior appointment. Please contact us to arrange collection.

6. Returns and Refunds

Online customers may have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions.

Customers wishing to cancel or return an order should contact info@iconicseating.com before arranging the return.

Return delivery costs for a change-of-mind cancellation are the customer's responsibility where legally permitted and where this requirement has been communicated before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

All goods must comply with applicable consumer law, including requirements relating to satisfactory quality and accurate descriptions.

The customer's statutory rights and available remedies will apply.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, branding and other original content are owned by or used with permission by Iconic Seating.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for breach of statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website will apply, subject to any legal requirements concerning existing orders or agreements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
